TDGA Tournament Online Signup Instructions

The sign up for 2011 Toledo District Golf Association Tournaments is now open.

If you are currently a member at one of the 24 Toledo District Golf Association Member Clubs (Belmont, Brandywine, Catawba Island, Eagle Creek, Findlay, IndianBrook (Fostoria), Fremont, Heather Downs, Highland Meadows, Inverness, Kettenring, Lenawee, Mohawk, Monroe, Orchard Hills, Plum Brook, Shawnee, Stone Oak, Stone Ridge, Sylvania, Hantz (Tecumseh), Toledo, Valleywood, & Willow Bend), you are eligible to register and sign up for any TDGA tournament.

If you set up your profile in 2010, but forgot your user name or password:

Click on Register for TDGA Tournament button. Click Recover user name and password.

Set Up a new Profile:

• Click on Register For TDGA Tournament button

• Click New Users

• Click Register

• Enter GHIN number

• Enter last name (Your info that GHIN has will appear)

• Under Login Information, Your GHIN will appear under Username. If you wish to change
  your username, on the 2nd username line type your new username over your GHIN number and
  then enter your password.

  • Under General Information please input or verify the following:

  • Address

  • Cell phone number

  • Email

  • Birth date (enter year as 4 digits, e.g. 04/09/1990)

  • Gender

Sign Up for Events:

1. Important to know your GHIN number and your partner’s GHIN number to sign up for events.

2. Know the correct spelling of your partner’s last name.

• Click box by tournament or tournaments you wish to signup for.

• Click Register for selected event button at the top of the page.

• Look over tournament information.

• Click Register for event at the top of the page.

• Under Event Signup, click Next.

• Read Tournament Guidelines and Policies and check box and hit Next.

• Confirm your email and hit Next.

• Under Event Signup screen, retype your email & click Next

If you know your partner and his GHIN Number do the following:

• Click add by player

• Type GHIN Number and Last Name of partner (this must be spelled correctly)

• If signing up for multiple tournaments, repeat above steps

• Consider a donation to Evans Scholar Foundation and make a selection. Then click Next.

• Finish entry process by filling out your credit card information & then click Finish.

If you do not know your partner or his GHIN Number do the following:

• Click next square at the bottom. (This will allow you to sign up for the event and
  enter your partner under the question section).

• Consider a donation to Evans Scholar Foundation and make a selection. Then click Next

• Finish entry process by filling out your credit card information & then click
  Finish.
